Setup Options

• What days can the candidate submit availability for?
  • Set the timeframe to 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks or 2 months.
  • Set to rolling window to present the candidate with options beginning the day the link is opened. Setting the rolling window to OFF will set the time frame based on when the link was created.
• Suggest times over free times
  • Toggle is On: The system suggests availability based on free times.
  • Toggle is Off: The system will not suggest availability based on free times.
• Suggest times over available keywords
  • Toggle is On: The system suggests times based on keywords indicating availability.
  • Toggle is Off: The system will not suggest times based on keywords indicating availability.
• Suggest times over recruiting block keywords
  • Toggle is On: The system uses recruiting block keywords to suggest times.
  • Toggle is Off: The system will not use recruiting block keywords to suggest times.
• Respect interviewer load limits
  • Toggle is On: Interviewer load limits are respected for scheduling.
  • Toggle is Off: Interviewer load limits are not being respected for scheduling.
• How much availability should be provided?

  • Days: Calculated from the interview plan, No minimum needed, 1-14 days.

  • Availability per day: Calculated from the interview plan, No minimum needed, 5 mins - 12 hours, 1 day.

  • Time blocks: Calculated from the interview plan, 5 mins - 12 hours, 1 day.

    Note: Options displayed for Time blocks are dependent on the option selected for Availability per day

• Availability request minimum notice
  • Set to a minimum of 24 hours or 48 hours in the future.
  • You may also choose to set no minimum notice.
• Note to the candidate
  • A default note can be added to display in the Candidate Portal.

  • Choose from a list of smart options:
    • Task assignee
    • Task creator
    • Task subscribers
    • Candidate recruiter
    • Candidate coordinator

  • Choose from a list of employees.
  • Add an email address not stored in your ModernLoop directory.
