How to Create Bulk Scheduling Requests
1. Preparation
Before initiating bulk scheduling tasks:
- Set Default Tasks: Ensure the relevant job stages have default tasks assigned.
- Complete Interview Plan: Finalize the interview plan for each job stage.
- Navigate to the Jobs tab, select the relevant job or stage, and set up defaults.
2. Steps to Bulk Schedule

Navigate to the Candidates tab in the left menu.

Select the Action-Ready tab.

Use filters (e.g., Coordinator, Recruiter, Job, Stage) to refine your candidate list.

Review candidate statuses:
- Green Checkmark: No issues (all required data is present).
- Orange Warning: A task needs attention, but requests can still be sent.
- Red Error Icon: Errors prevent sending requests (e.g., missing information).

Choose one of the following actions:
- Click Send Now next to individual candidates.
- Use the Bulk Action button in the top-right corner to process all candidates with no issues or warnings.

Managing Errors and Issues

Errors (Red Icon):
- Hover over the red error icon to see the issue details.
- Resolve the error before proceeding.
