Reset Login for Candidate

To reset the candidate's login access:

  1. Navigate to the Candidate Details page in ModernLoop.

  2. Select the ellipsis (...) in the Candidate portal section.

  3. Click Reset login for candidate.

  4. Confirm by selecting Reset login email.

Enable Candidate Portal (Manual)

To manually enable the Candidate Portal for a candidate:

  1. Go to the Candidate Details page in ModernLoop.

  2. In the Candidate Portal section, toggle Status to Active.

  3. Once enabled, the link to the candidate's portal will be generated. Share this link with the candidate as needed.
