Only reschedules and cancellations initiated by the candidate count toward the limit.
The initial interview schedule does not count. If the candidate reaches the set limit, they can no longer cancel or reschedule independently and will need to use the Request to Change flow to request assistance.
To simplify the scheduling experience, candidates are only notified when they reach their final reschedule opportunity. This helps them focus on committing to their scheduled time without unnecessary information.
If a candidate reaches the reschedule limit but needs to make further changes, they can use the Request to Change option to reach out for assistance.
