The Directory tab in ModernLoop provides a centralized view and management hub for all interviewers in your organization. It allows you to manage individual settings, override organization-wide configurations, and tailor availability, load balancing, and module participation for interviewers.

In This Article

Directory Tab Overview

The Directory tab lists all employees in your organization with the following columns:

• Interviewer Name
• Upcoming Interviews
• Trained Modules
• Training (Modules in Training)

Active vs. Archived Interviewers

• Active Interviewers: Eligible to conduct interviews and visible in the schedule flow.
• Archived Interviewers: Not eligible for interviews but can be restored at any time. To view archived interviewers, select Show Archived Interviewers.

Interviewer Details

Clicking on an interviewer's name brings you to the Interviewer Details page.

The Interviewer Details page allows you to manage individual settings for employees. It includes three tabs: Info, Modules, and Interviews.
