How to Anonymize a Candidate

From Organization Settings

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings.

  2. Select the GDPR/CCPA tab.

  3. Enter the candidate's email address in the provided field.

  4. Click Anonymize candidate.

  5. Confirm by clicking Anonymize candidate again.

From Candidate Details

  1. Navigate to the candidate's Detail Page.

  2. Click the ellipsis (...) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Anonymize candidate.

  4. Confirm by clicking Anonymize candidate again.
