How to Anonymize a Candidate

From Organization Settings

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings.

  2. Select the GDPR/CCPA tab.

  3. Enter the candidate's email address in the provided field.

  4. Click Anonymize candidate.

  5. Confirm by clicking Anonymize candidate again.

From Organization Settings Bulk (in Beta)

Navigate to Organization Settings.

  1. Select the GDPR/CCPA tab.
  2. Enter the candidate's email address(es) in the provided field. You can paste multiple email addresses separated by spaces, commas, or newlines.
  3. Click Anonymize.
  4. Confirm by clicking Start anonymization.
