The Interviewer Load Limit functionality in ModernLoop allows administrators to define and manage the number of interviews or hours interviewers are expected to participate in during a given day or week. This helps to maintain a balanced workload and prevent interviewer burnout while ensuring enough coverage for interview schedules.

• Daily Limit: Set a cap on the number of interviews or hours interviewers can handle in a single day (e.g., 3 interviews or 4 hours).

• Interviewers with access to adjust their own limits through the Interviewer Portal are restricted from setting their limits below the recommended minimum.

Work Hours

The Work Hours functionality in ModernLoop allows organizations to define default working hours for their team. This setting ensures interview scheduling aligns with team availability, creating efficiency and avoiding conflicts.
