Prerequisites

• Your IT Admin must:
  • Enable Microsoft Entra ID for ModernLoop.
  • Add you as a valid user in the system.
• If your organization is not yet using Microsoft Entra ID with ModernLoop, contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Instructions for Logging In

1. Open ModernLoop

   • Navigate to https://app.modernloop.io/ in your browser.

2. Sign In with SAML SSO

   • Select the option Sign in with SAML SSO on the login page.

     

3. Enter Your Email Address

   • Type your email address associated with your Microsoft Entra ID account and click Continue.

     

4. Enter Your Password

   • On the password page, enter your Microsoft Entra ID password and click Sign in.
