Prerequisites

• Your IT Admin must:
  • Enable Okta for ModernLoop.
  • Add you as a valid user.
• If your organization is not yet using Okta with ModernLoop, contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to get started.

Instructions for Logging In

1. Open ModernLoop

   • Go to https://app.modernloop.io/ in your browser.

2. Sign In with SAML SSO

   • On the login page, select Sign in with SAML SSO.

     

3. Enter Your Email Address

   • Input the email address associated with your Okta account.

     

4. Log in with Okta Credentials

   • In the Username and Password fields, enter your Okta credentials.

     

     Optional: Select the checkbox for Keep me signed in to stay logged in until your session expires (duration set by your Okta Admin).

5. Click Sign In

   • Once your credentials are verified, you'll be redirected to the ModernLoop dashboard.
