Steps to Add or Edit Pronouns:

  1. Log in to the Interviewer Portal. Access your account using your ModernLoop credentials.
  2. Enter Your Pronouns. In the Pronouns field, enter your preferred pronouns (e.g., he/him, she/her, they/them, or any other set of pronouns). You can input up to 30 characters, ensuring full flexibility and personalization.

Where Pronouns are Displayed

Once added, your pronouns will be visible in the Candidate Portal. Pronouns will appear next to your name, allowing candidates to address you appropriately. Pronouns are visible to recruiters and scheduling coordinators in the internal scheduling tool.
