Overview of Module Training Imports

The bulk import process allows you to update training statuses for interviewers across various modules in a single operation. This is particularly useful for managing large groups of interviewers and their progress in training paths (e.g., shadow, reverse shadow, or trained).

To access this feature, navigate to:

Modules → Ellipsis (...) → Upload training data

Bulk Import Specifications

The bulk import process uses a CSV file with the following fields and values:

Required Fields

• Employee email: This field is mandatory. It must include the email address of the employee.

Module-Specific Columns

• Module NameX: Replace the column headers with the exact names of the modules you are updating. Example: "Product Design," "Technical Challenge," etc.

Accepted Values

• SHADOW: Adds the employee to the module as a Shadow.
