Steps to Access Your Profile Settings

1. Click Your Account:

   • In the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu, click on Your account.

2. Select Personal Preferences.

Configure Your Profile Settings

You can configure the following default settings in the General Tab:

Phone Number

Enter the phone number to use with the {{MY_PHONE_NUMBER}} token in communication templates.

Email Signature

Add your email signature to be included in candidate communications via the {{MY_SIGNATURE}} token.

Send-on-behalf-of Permissions
