The My Tasks and All Tasks tabs are task views that allow you to track work for both yourself and your organization.

All Tasks: Within your organization, scheduling tasks will be categorized into different buckets for better organization and efficiency.

My Tasks: The My Tasks tab presents similar information to the All Scheduling Tasks tab, but this page is personalized exclusively for you. It includes tasks relevant to your role and responsibilities.

Task Views

• My Tasks: Personalized for you, showing tasks assigned to you, created by you, or tasks you’ve subscribed to.
• All Tasks: Displays all tasks within the organization, categorized for easier navigation.

Task Buckets

Tasks are organized into the following buckets:

• Flagged: Candidate/interviewer declines or requested changes.
• Action Required: Tasks needing immediate attention, like sending communications.
• Pending: Tasks waiting for availability or other inputs.
• Scheduled: Tasks with interviews already scheduled.
• Completed: Tasks that have been finalized.
• Canceled: Tasks that are no longer active.
