Email Notifications

Training Module Graduations

• Trigger: Sent when a trainee is ready for approval.
• Recipient: The ModernLoop user who scheduled the interview.
• Sender: [email protected]
• Additional Recipients: Add via the "additional recipients" field.

Slack Notifications

1. Channel Reminders

• Trigger: Sent in a private Slack channel 24 hours before the interview begins.

  

2. Interviewer Reminders

• Trigger: Sent as a private message to the interviewer 24 hours before the interview begins.
