How 1-Click Works
ModernLoop enables recruiters to create and send scheduling requests with minimal effort. The feature includes three types of requests:
- Self-Schedule Requests: Candidates pick their own time slots based on availability.
- Availability Requests: Candidates provide their available times for interviews.
- Team Member Schedule Requests: Assign a team member to schedule the interview.
Key Points:
- Eligibility: 1-Click is only available for the first task of a stage where no other tasks are open or completed. Canceled tasks do not affect this condition.
- Automation: With just one click, ModernLoop creates and sends the selected request for the first eligible task.
Task Status Indicators
ModernLoop provides real-time feedback on scheduling options based on interviewer availability. Status indicators include:
- Green:
- Description: More than 10 scheduling options available.
- Action: Button enabled, safe to proceed.
- Orange:
- Description: Less than or equal to 10 options available.
- Action: Button enabled but flagged with caution. Consider reviewing options.
- Red:
- Description: Blocking issues (e.g., unavailable interviewers or missing interview plans).
- Action: Button disabled. Resolve errors before proceeding.
