Steps to Pausing Interviewers from the Directory Tab

1. Navigate to the Directory tab and click on the interviewer’s name.
2. Go to the Planned Availability.
3. Click Add.
4. Click Pause from all interviewing.
5. Select a pause duration:
   • 2 weeks
   • 4 month
   • 3 months
   • Custom date
6. Click Save pause dates.

Steps to Deleting a Pause Duration from the Directory Tab

1. Navigate to the Directory tab and click on the interviewer’s name.

2. Go to the Planned Availability.

3. Hover over the date to see and click on the ellipsis (⋯).

4. Select Delete.
