Auto-replacement automatically selects a replacement for declining interviewers or trainees from the interview module or the list of interviewers in the interview plan. This feature ensures minimal disruptions by making replacements up to one minute before the interview begins.

Enabling Auto-Replace

Enabling in Organization Settings

  1. Navigate to Organization Settings → Scheduling → General.

  2. In the Rescheduling section, select Replace declining interviewers.

  3. Toggle Enable automatic replacements to ON and click Save.

Enabling in Job Settings

ModernLoop uses your organization settings by default. To customize auto-replacement for specific job stages:

  1. Navigate to Jobs in ModernLoop.

  2. Select the Job you want to modify.

  3. Choose the Stage within the job.

  4. Select General.

  5. Under Rescheduling, click the arrow.

  6. Toggle Enable automatic replacements to ON or OFF based on your preference.
