Steps to Creating Reschedule Reasons

Navigate to Reschedule Reasons:
- Go to Organization Settings → Tasks → Reschedule Reasons.

Add a New Reason:
- Click Add reason.
- Enter the name of the reschedule reason in the provided field.
- Click Add to save the reason.

Result:
- The new reason will now appear in the Reschedule Reason dropdown menu when logging a reschedule.
- The reason will also appear in the Reschedule Logs Report in Metrics → Recruiting Team.
Steps to Logging a Reschedule

Open the Candidate’s Task:
- Navigate to the candidate’s task and open the Task Pane.

Locate Reschedule Log:
- Scroll to Reschedule Log (found between Requirements and Activity in the task pane).

Add a Reschedule Log Entry:
- Click the + next to Reschedule Log.
- Fill in the following details:
- Date the reschedule occurred (either today’s date or a past date).
- ModernLoop User who performed the reschedule (select from the dropdown menu).
- Reschedule Reason (choose from the dropdown menu).
- Optional Note to provide additional context.
- Click Save to log the entry.

Result:
- The reschedule will be recorded in both the Reschedule Log and the Activity Feed for the task.
- This entry will also be reflected in Metrics → Recruiting Team.
Steps to Edit and Delete a Reschedule Log
- Open the Candidate’s Task:
- Navigate to the candidate’s task and open the Task Pane.
- Locate Reschedule Log:
- Scroll to Reschedule Log and click the ellipsis (...) next to the log entry you want to modify.
