How to Update Your:

Company Name

1. To update your candidate facing company name, navigate to Organization settings → Setup.

2. Select the edit icon on the Company name line.

3. In the Company name field, enter your company name. Your company name is shown to candidates in their Candidate Portal, anywhere you use the {{COMPANY_NAME}} token, and at the top of the ModernLoop app sidebar.

4. Click Save

   

Candidate Portal URL

1. To modify your candidate portal URL, navigate to Organization Settings → Setup.

2. Select the edit icon on the Candidate Portal URL line.

3. In the Candidate Portal URL field, input your preferred web address. You have the flexibility to alter your company's candidate portal URL once a day. When you make changes, ModernLoop will automatically redirect from the old address to the new one. Nevertheless, it's important to inform your candidates of the change, as the old names expire after 60 days.

4. Click Save

   

Application Privacy Policy URL

1. Navigate to the Setup page, Organization settings → Setup
2. Under the General section, find the Applicant Privacy Policy URL field and click the edit icon (or the field itself) to open the URL editor.
