Steps to Set Up Your Applicant Privacy Policy URL

  1. Navigate to the Setup page, Organization settings → Setup

  2. Under the General section, find the Applicant Privacy Policy URL field and click the edit icon (or the field itself) to open the URL editor.

  3. Enter the Privacy Policy URL Example: https://yourcompany.com/privacy-policy

  4. Save Your Changes

The Applicant Privacy Policy URL will now be updated. After updating the URL, candidates will see the updated privacy policy link during their verification process. They can review and agree to the privacy policy before continuing to their Candidate Portal.
