Selecting a calendar for Candidate events and/or Internal events that is not shared with all users of ModernLoop will prevent the schedule from being edited by a user without access to the calendar. As a best practice, always select shared calendars and do not schedule a candidate on a personal calendar. In the event a candidate is scheduled on a personal calendar and an update is required, the original scheduler (or a scheduler with access to the calendar) will need to make the update to the candidate.
