A filtered list on the Candidates tab that highlights applicants who are “ready for action” (e.g., you can bulk-send availability requests or self-schedule links). It shows visual status cues (green check = good to go; orange warning = needs attention; red = error) and supports bulk actions.
Bulk-scheduling Requests via the Action Ready List (Bulk Send)
A status bucket used in task views (e.g., My Tasks, All Tasks) for items that need immediate attention—like sending a confirmation, resolving an error, or approving a candidate change. Helpful for triage and daily standups.
An organization-level user who can change global settings (privacy, templates, queues), manage members, and configure integrations as well as schedule candidates. Admins also control default scheduling behavior that flows down to jobs and tasks. User Roles and Permissions
Recruiters who work for an external recruiting agency (not directly at the hiring company). They help source, screen, and present candidates on behalf of client companies.
An org-wide view showing every open scheduling task, grouped into buckets (e.g., Flagged, Action Required, Pending).
A set of rules and connections that let different software systems talk to each other. In ModernLoop, APIs allow integrations (e.g., with an ATS or calendar system) to share data automatically.
A privacy action that removes or obfuscates personally identifiable candidate data (e.g., name, email) to comply with data regulations or company policy. Anonymized records can often be re-synced from the ATS if needed (previous data cannot be restored).
Your company’s published policy (linked/managed in ModernLoop) that describes how candidate data is collected, used, and retained. It can be referenced in candidate-facing communications for compliance and transparency. Applicant Privacy Policy
