In This Article
ModernLoop User Roles
- Admin:Ā This role has full access to all functionality. This role is typically assigned to Lead Recruiting Coordinators and their managers.
- Scheduler:Ā This role can view settings housed under Organization Settings but can't make any changes to settings. Users with the Scheduler role are able to perform all other actions within ModernLoop. This role is typically assigned to Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators.
- Schedulers can view but not change any items in the following Organization Settings tabs:
- Scheduling
- Interviewers
- Templates
- Notifications
- Integrations
- Members
- Interviewer:Ā This role can view their own Interviewer Portal. The Interviewer Portal allows interviewers to manage their own availability, preferences, and basic information without granting them access to ModernLoop settings or scheduling. Navigate toĀ Organization settingsāMembers

Find the member you wish to update in the list by scrolling or searching in the search bar.

In the Role column, selectĀ Admin,Ā Scheduler, orĀ InterviewerĀ from the dropdown list. Changes are saved automatically.

You are unable to change your own role. If you require a change to your role, please reach out to an Admin at your organization.
