ModernLoop supports Google Workspace for Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing you to securely log in using their Google credentials. Follow the steps below to access ModernLoop using your Google account.

Prerequisites

• User Access:

  During onboarding, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will coordinate adding initial users to ModernLoop.

  Once your Google Workspace integration is complete, any user listed in the Members tab can log in with their Google credentials.

• Adding Members:

  To add new users to ModernLoop, refer to Members Overview.

Instructions for Logging In

1. Open ModernLoop

   • Go to https://app.modernloop.io/ in your browser.

2. Sign In with Google

   • Click Sign In With Google on the login page.

     

3. Choose Your Account

   • On the next page, select your company account from the list.

     

4. Redirect to ModernLoop

   • Once you've selected your account, you will be redirected to ModernLoop, where you can start scheduling!

Error Messages

• If you see an error message stating that your organization uses Single Sign-on (SSO) for login, follow the instructions in the article How to Sign in Using Okta or How to Sign in Using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure) .
